Rodger has over four decades of experience providing clients with tax consulting services. He specializes in business succession planning with a focus on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and sales, and estate planning.

As a native of Grafton, ND, Rodger maintains strong ties to Walsh County. He currently resides in West Fargo with his wife Deborah and Boston Terrier Millie. Rodger enjoys golfing, traveling, going to the lake, and spending time with his children Thomas and Amber.

Tina has over 25 years of experience in talent management, leadership, and human resources. She enjoys a proven track record in leadership development, talent acquisition, operations and project management, talent management, and employee engagement. Tina is a hands-on leader with strong planning and communication skills and a team-oriented management style. She best enjoys a positive and high performing team environment.

Tina resides in her native of Finley, ND with her husband Darin and three children Jordan, Jackson, and Emily. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. Tina is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching Bison football and the Chicago Cubs.

Kristi has over 2 decades of experience in all aspects of accounting.  She is a high-performance accounting professional with experience across a broad range of business functions including but not limited to, tax management, payroll, management of large fleet of fixed assets, systems implementation, capital budgets, billing, collections and preparation of monthly financial statements.  She will coordinate financial close, administration of the accounting system (NetSuite) and is responsible for all accounting functions for Core Corporation and Unity Holdings, Inc.
A native of Fargo, Kristi and her husband Joe live in Glyndon, MN with their 2 children, Colby and Camden.  They spend most of their time attending the boys’ activities, enjoying weekends at the lake, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.

Dan Feeley

Dan is a veteran of financial management with over 20+ years of experience in finance and operations.  Dan’s career has focused on financial as well as operational success and has helped drive efficiencies, operational changes and data-driven reporting that led to enhanced top line and bottom-line growth. Dan brings a proven track record of success in the finance and operations areas which is invaluable in meeting our goals and objectives.  His level of experience and expertise in operations combined with consolidated financials, ERP systems, cost analysis, demand planning, and revenue management brings a significant ability to our organization.

Dan spent his childhood in Eastern Montana, where he met his wife Lana, and has a particular affinity for Western North Dakota. Lana and Dan have raised 2 daughters in the FM Area, built a 10 acre “ranch” with horses, cats, and dogs (are goats and chickens on the horizon?). They love the outdoors and country living.  Together they regularly attend rodeo’s, concerts, performances, Bison football games, and “you name it” throughout the states, while also managing to give back to the local community through church and volunteer organizations.  Dan truly believes in giving back to the community.

Courtney Payne

Courtney has over 10 years of accounting and AP/AR experience that includes Finance Director, Accountant, Bookkeeper and Work Injury Claims Specialist for WSI. She will bring experience in accounting and customer focused skills to our organization. Courtney will be responsible for providing accounting services to the manufacturing plants as well as the corporate office to include, general ledger, sales and use tax, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. She will also be developing internal controls and processes designed to mitigate risk, assist with budgeting, ensure the proper and accurate entry and coding of accounting related transactions, invoices, expense reports, and the timely submission of customer invoices and coding invoices to multiple cost centers conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system and applying payments accurately. Courtney resides in her hometown of Fargo, with her husband Dustin, daughter Reile and dog Gus. She enjoys attending as many of her daughter’s activities when she can. With her other spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching or attending sporting events, and even the occasional game of golf.

Mark has many years of IT experience that includes Programming, Analysis, Quality Assurance, and ERP. He will be responsible for determining needs, designing solutions, and integrating NetSuite with existing processes and/or systems. He will collaborate with the teams to establish needs via business process analysis and work towards solutions that will create efficiencies and improve processes. In addition, he will be responsible for providing technical support and training to ERP end-users, preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes and procedures, and implementing best practices. Mark resides in Moorhead, MN. In his spare time he enjoys golf, the MN Twins, Gophers and NDSU Bison sports.

Brad’s industry experience includes oil and gas, original equipment manufacturing (OEM), alternative energy, transportation, minerals/mining, and agribusiness. Brad is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, and he received his Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from NDSU.

A native of Moorhead, Brad and his wife Jaci reside in Lake Park, MN and have one daughter Britni. Brad enjoys boating, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends at the lake.

Kirsten will be handling recruiting, onboarding, retention, and safety for the workforces of Dakota Molding, Inc. and Fargo Hose Company.
